Personal note; schedule...
Today is the day for the dental fandango -- crowns. I'm off to the dentist shortly. Quaking.

Persevere. I'm told the getting-of-the-crowns is much less ... fraught ... than the stuff they do in advance. Or at least I hope so, as I'll be getting five of the damned things after the first of the year.

Good luck and blessings on you.Been there, done that, and very glad I did. Get it done now while you can - it's like making needed repairs to the levee before the storm hits - and you'll feel SO much better, I promise you.

I hope the Dental Fandango will proceed without undue fuss, and that you recover quickly from it!

May all be fine, and quickly done, with little discomfort.
Be well.

Likewise.... it'll be fine. Be patient with yourself, though!

I hope things went as smoothly as possible... The whole crown process terrifies me as well!

Getting the actual crowns is much easier than the prep work. If you've gotten this far and survived, you've got it made.

That said, I know the terror doesn't understand the above. So if you are able, the application of warm pet afterwards is a really helpful aid to recovery.

Good luck! You're far from the only one with such fears. I hope it went well.
